Carla van Setten born and raised in the Netherlands has made a space for herself in the art world thanks to her curiosity, positive energy and subtle visual sharpness.
While traveling around the world she found her passion. From the moment she touched the canvas with her brushes she hasn’t been able to stop.

She wants to share her art with the world and give everybody a good feeling.
Her realistic animals with a touch of madness make everybody smile. And that is exactly what she wants to reach with her art.
If you use your imagination the characters, one by one, will tell you a story. Not only will the animals tell you a story but her obsession for Rubber Ducky are whole story unto themselves.
Realism meets fiction is the big focal point of Carla.
The color combination of her abstract activates your brain and forces you to look twice.
The art world makes Carla’s life much wider. She continues to be enthusiastic every day by using new techniques and fresh ideas..
